Any projects that were started prior to December 2009 may be subject to the following terms and conditions – check your project documentation for details. Please note that these terms are no longer in active use for new projects and you are advised to refer to our current terms of business if considering a new contract with Assanka.

• 1st April 2005 – 31st August 2005
• 1st September 2005 – 21st March 2006
• 22nd March 2006 – 23rd June 2007
• 24th June 2007 – 30th November 2009
  

If your project started prior to 1st April 2005, it will have been subject to an individual contract or service agreement, and these general terms will not apply to you.
