Paying Assanka

There are many ways to make your payment to Assanka:

• BACS or CHAPS: Our preferred means of payment is an electronic transfer. Our bank account number and sort code (and IBAN number for international transfers) are printed on your invoice, and also available on request – drop us a line at finance@assanka.net.
• PayPal: We accept payment via PayPal. Send your funds to finance@assanka.net.
• Cheque: If you are unable to pay via an electronic mechanism, you may send a cheque to the address above, payable to ‘Assanka Limited’. Because we receive a very small number of cheque payments, please note that we charge a fee of £15 for processing your cheque. This will be added to your next invoice. If you have no option other than to pay by cheque, and wish to avoid the admin charge, you can do so by presenting the cheque yourself at any branch of Barclays.

With any method of payment, please ensure you use the invoice number as the reference. This enables us to match up your payment to your account quickly, and avoids unnecessary delays in updating your account.
